Late: Again
Geekdrome - Episode 26 - They review Posiden which they panned. Then they talked about The Mailbox or some shit with Kenanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock, looks like a chick flick with The Frequency's plot elements. Also talk about Superman Returns, which I really want to see. 2nd part of E3, at least this was the only one so far this week that I saw/heard. Pretty good episode, though.
TWIT - Episode 55 - Talked about Microsoft possibly getting slapped on the wrist because Symantec (or Veritas) is saying that Microsoft is trying to Patent something that they invented. We'll see what happens. Leo bought a new Apple laptop. ICANN is suing the U.S. Government over the .xxx domain. Pretty much the "All Lawsuit, All The Time" Edition. Also spoke about HD-DVD some. I want one. Yes, yes I do.

Angels and Airwaves - We Don't Need to Whisper - This CD might be one of the most hyped CDs that has come out in the last few years. Tom Delonge of Blink 182 fame forms a new band with members of his side-project Box Car Racer and a new drummer, who onced drummed for The Offspring (according to AMG.) Tom has claimed that this is a life-changing legendary album that will stand the test of time. He said it's this generations "Nevermind." Is it? I doubt it. The album is good, I enjoy listening to it and will listen to it many times. It's also a start-to-finish album that flows well, but it's a bit pretentious. The songs become slightly repetitive, within the scope of the album and within each song, especially intros and exists which can last 30-60 seconds each. Sounds a bit like U2 (whom I don't like, there I said it.) Angels and Airwaves have a promising future, if they continue to release solid work, but I think Tom needs to focus on writing good songs instead of telling everyone how good the songs are. Tom's voice is good for the pop-punk scene, but not sure it quite meshes with this new attempt at a more mature record.
