Short Post, but on time

diggnation - Episode 47 - Picture of the $100 laptop. The orange is really ugly, but we'll see what they really look like later. I want one, and actually saw a pretty good place that they were claiming that they'd buy a $100 laptop for $300 and donate the other two to the third world countries where they are supposed to be going. Pretty good and funny episode but hard to review, since they just talk about news.

Jimi Hendrix - Band of Gypsies - This is a live album recorded at the Fillmore East in NY. This album is interesting because the guitar work is, of course, amazing but it meshes with the songs better because Jimi isn't trying to outshine his bandmates. I enjoyed it, but was left missing something, not sure what. maybe I just LIKED Jimi out-performing his bandmates. This is a much "bluesier" album than his Experience's albums. Although I was left missing something, I still thought it was very good.
