Friday's Post

Nightmares and Dreamscapes - Battleground - This is a new series on TNT that is based of of Stephen Kings short stories.  This was an interesting episode where toy soliders come alive and attack a guy who murdered their creator.  It was an interesting premise but I was actually pretty bored because I pretty much nailed all of the "twists" before they happened.

Basic Brewing Video - Interviews from the National Homebrew Competition, it was kinda all over the place, but still pretty neat.  I wish I was there, looks interesting, although I'm not a "brewer" yet, since none of my beers has been exceptionally drinkable.

The Daily Show - 7/13 - Jon discusses the upcoming WWIII, unfortunately, it's not that much of a joke.  I liked Shrapnel the Despair Penguin, he looked sad.  IMO an overly long the world is ending segment.  Bush is still an idiot, WWIII is possibly breaking out in the middle east and all he can talk about is some stupid pig for dinner.  The special guest is Owen Wilson and he's pretty funny, of course.  Stewart loses it during his interview with Colbert before his show.  Of course Colbert was dressed up like a pirate.

The Colbert Report - 7/13 - Colbert makes a bit of fun of the network TVs for their lowest numbers ever.  Of course, you can buy The Colbert Report on iTunes (9.99 for 16 episodes, yeah, right.)  The word in Inquisition.  And a nice Threatdown.  Not quite sure who the guy was the special guest, but he was okay.
